The lack of passion by the office bearers and fearing the risk of failure has made it so difficult to realize the potential of the industries supported by all organisation that…See More

Delayed inputs for this year's planting season

Posted on November 6, 2013 at 4:30am 3 Comments

I would like to make an appeal to all involved in distribution of farmers inputs, to make sure that the seed for the farmers who get subsidized inputs is brought on time. The rainy season has intensified in Zambezi and still no inputs. if we do not pay attention we are faced with hunger, just a random check with the maize and rice production figures, we have dropped yields by more than 60% from last year.e.g maize fro the district in 2012 was 35,000 compared to 12,000 bought this year.
